Pursuant to Article 13(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter: RODO, we inform you that the controller of your personal data is DAREX Dariusz Pytelewski, Borkowo Kościelne, ul. The legal basis for processing your data is:
Necessity to provide an offer or to take action on your request prior to confirming your consent (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),
the need to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the controller (Article 6(1)(c) RODO),
necessity To objectives arising with justified interests pursued by the controller (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the presentation of the offer.

To the extent that your data is processed on the basis of your consent - you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal. You may withdraw your consent by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to our postal address or e-mail address.
Please be informed that we do not use systems for automated decision-making.
If consent is given electronically, the IT system should store information about the consent.
