RODO information clause

1. Pursuant to Article 13(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter: RODO, we inform you that the controller of your personal data is DAREX Dariusz Pytelewski, Borkowo Kościelne, ul. Kolorowa 5, 09-200 Sierpc, NIP: 776-141-83-43, REGON: 911181893. Based on the applicable legislation, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted:

2. Personal data obtained in connection with your consent to provide an offer will be processed for the following purposes:

• related to the implementation of the consent you have signed,

• responding to your letters, questions, requests and complaints,

3. The legal basis for processing your data is:

• Necessity to provide an offer or to take action on your request prior to confirming your consent (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),

• the need to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the controller (Article 6(1)(c) RODO),

• necessity To objectives arising with justified interests pursued by the controller (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

4. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the presentation of the offer.

5. Personal data collected from you may be transferred:

• to those processing them on our behalf, and

• to public authorities or bodies entitled to obtain data on the basis of applicable law, e.g. courts, law enforcement agencies or state institutions, when they make a request, on the basis of the applicable legal basis.

6. Your data will not be transferred to third countries.

7. The duration of the processing of your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data are processed. The period for which your personal data will be stored is calculated based on the following criteria:

• the duration of the consent,

• legal provisions that may oblige us to process data for a certain period of time,

• the period that is necessary to defend our interests.

8. Furthermore, we inform you that you have the right to:

• access to their personal data,

• request the rectification of their personal data that is inaccurate and the completion of incomplete personal data,

• request the erasure of your personal data, in particular where you have withdrawn your consent to the processing, where there is no other legal basis for the processing,

• request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,

• to object to the processing of your data, on grounds relating to your particular situation, in cases where we are processing your data on the basis of our legitimate interests or for the purposes of direct marketing,

• portability of your personal data,

• to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

9. To the extent that your data is processed on the basis of your consent - you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal. You may withdraw your consent by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to our postal address or e-mail address.

10.  Please be informed that we do not use systems for automated decision-making.

If consent is given electronically, the IT system should store information about the consent.
